Full Stack Frontend Architect

About the role

The Full Stack Frontend Architect will lead the design and delivery of large‑scale web applications at Noon, shaping module boundaries, state management, rendering strategies and overall frontend performance. The role collaborates with design, product and backend teams to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions while mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own module boundaries, data flow, rendering approach and extensibility of the frontend stack.
• Guide the frontend roadmap through RFCs and architecture reviews, balancing rapid delivery with long‑term maintainability.
• Ensure optimal performance for extensive documents, prolonged sessions and memory consumption.
• Raise standards for testing, CI quality gates, observability and release reliability to maintain a zero‑regression culture.
• Work closely with Design, Product and Backend groups on API design, trade‑offs and distributed system considerations.
• Mentor engineering peers via code reviews and technical workshops to elevate frontend craftsmanship.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience building large‑scale web applications.
• At least 2–4 years of experience owning frontend architecture and technical strategy.
