About the role

NICE is hiring a Professional Services Engineer for its Actimize platform in Pune. The position involves implementing, customizing, testing and deploying cloud‑based Actimize solutions for financial institutions. Candidates will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with architects, senior engineers and customers to deliver high‑quality, mission‑critical implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse client requirements and assess technical feasibility.
  • Configure and customise Actimize solutions to match customer needs.
  • Develop and enhance components using SQL, Java and Actimize tools.
  • Integrate solutions with client ecosystems and downstream systems.
  • Execute functional and technical testing, and support deployments across environments.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis, resolve issues and ensure solution stability.

Eligibility

  • 2–4 years of experience in SDLC, implementation, technical services or application support.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficient written and spoken English.
  • Team‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn new platforms.
