About the role
Multiplier Technologies is looking for a senior Web Producer to own the end‑to‑end web experience of its global hiring platform. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive major website launches, and lead the migration to a modern headless CMS while ensuring high‑conversion, performant pages for B2B SaaS customers.
Responsibilities
- Prioritise and manage the master website backlog, aligning requests from Brand, Growth, Product and Engineering into a clear roadmap.
- Act as the product owner for the website, crafting user stories and guaranteeing each page contributes to a cohesive customer journey.
- Lead high‑visibility launches such as re‑brands and international roll‑outs, maintaining a single source of truth for copy, design, code status and analytics.
- Advocate for user‑centric design by using data and UX principles to improve conversion paths.
- Facilitate trade‑off discussions between brand and performance teams to balance visual fidelity with page speed.
- Oversee the migration to a new headless CMS, defining content models that empower editors to build complex pages without developer assistance.
Eligibility
- 7+ years in digital product management or web production within high‑growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong empathy for customers, able to map buyer journeys and identify navigation pain points.
- Technical fluency with modern web concepts such as components, headless CMS, CI/CD pipelines and React.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, say no when necessary, and propose better alternatives.
- Data‑driven decision‑making using tools like GA4 or Pendo.
- Experience migrating from monolithic CMS (e.g., WordPress) to composable stacks like Sanity or Contentful; familiarity with marketing automation and CDP tools (e.g., Segment) is a plus.
