About the role

The Data Analyst will work within the Order to Cash and customer support function, ensuring smooth operations, high‑quality customer experiences and continuous process improvement. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, handle customer communications, and drive analytical insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

Address customer and partner queries via chat, email and phone, resolving data‑related issues daily.
Develop and deliver on‑the‑job training, coach team members and mentor peers on standard processes.
Coordinate with multi‑functional stakeholders to expedite and de‑escalate service incidents.
Identify and lead process‑improvement projects, proposing automation opportunities.
Validate process consistency, generate reports on lead time, quality and trends, and provide analytical insights.
Act as backup supervisor when needed and facilitate communication during service‑impacting incidents.

Eligibility

Prior experience in Order to Cash or customer support environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
Proficiency with MS Office tools; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
