Lowe's India is looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications that support its retail technology platform. The role involves translating business needs into robust code, collaborating with product teams, and ensuring high‑quality releases through automated testing and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into logical designs and stable code modules, working closely with product owners.
• Develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise applications across diverse environments using component‑based programming.
• Apply test‑driven and behavior‑driven development techniques to validate functionality.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, participate in code reviews, and address identified gaps.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to streamline the development lifecycle.
• Create reusable libraries to boost productivity across multiple teams.
• Deploy and maintain complex software solutions, ensuring successful releases.
• Resolve challenging technical problems to deliver maintainable and efficient solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with the full software development lifecycle in an agile setting.
• Exposure to frontend, middleware (microservices/APIs), database, or DevOps technologies for at least 2 years.
