About the role

Lennox International is hiring mechanical engineering graduates to work on design development, cost reduction and product engineering as a Graduate Engineering Trainee in Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and implement cost-reduction ideas with measurable benefits.
• Create and manage detailed project plans across multiple projects.
• Prepare and present business cases to cross-functional teams.
• Develop concept designs related to sheet metal and plastics.
• Perform analysis using NUDs, DFMEA, Risk Analysis and RCA, and manage design verification and test plans.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Understanding of mechanical design concepts and methodologies.
• Exposure to design analysis (DFMEA, RCA) is a plus.
• Good analytical, project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams.
