DevOps Engineer

About the role

LeadAngel is looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and operate its cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. The role involves managing servers, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth, reliable releases for a sales‑enablement product. Candidates will work on‑site in Bhilai, collaborating closely with development and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain GCP infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, and file servers.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications and pods using Docker and related tools.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
• Administer source code repositories with Git and configure web/application servers such as Nginx or Apache.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, logs, and handle production incidents with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure reliable releases and maintain infrastructure documentation.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure.
• Proficiency with GCP services and Linux system administration.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh.

Skills

• Hands‑on GCP platform expertise.
• Docker and container orchestration knowledge.
• Linux server administration and VM management.
• Version control using Git.
• CI/CD pipeline creation with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Scripting in Bash/Shell and basic networking concepts.
