About the role

Kredivo Group is seeking an experienced Android Engineer (SDE 2) to shape the technical vision of its mobile products. The role involves designing secure, scalable Android applications, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating across product and business teams.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the roadmap for Android (and iOS) mobile apps aligned with business objectives.
Architect and build maintainable, secure, high‑performance mobile solutions.
Promote best‑practice standards and reusable component libraries.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security concerns.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Eligibility

Minimum three years of professional Android development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong architectural and design skills for mobile applications.

Skills

Proficiency with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Hands‑on experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tooling.
Solid understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with dependency injection and unit testing.
Ability to stay current with emerging frameworks and technologies.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
