About the role

The Analyst position at KPMG Global Services in Gurgaon supports the end‑to‑end management of course review, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit administration, learner assistance and compliance with quality standards. The role blends process administration, stakeholder communication and record‑keeping within a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming course submissions and approve them against KPMG guidelines.
  • Administer CPE credits in the learning management system and issue certificates of attendance.
  • Address learner queries and resolve issues within defined service‑level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of course reviews, credit allocations and participant communications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of learning requests.
  • Support compliance monitoring and quality assurance activities related to learning operations.

Eligibility

  • Graduates holding BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE or BCA degrees.
  • 0 to less than 2 years of relevant work experience, including internships or entry‑level roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with overall strong MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

Skills

  • MS Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
