About the role

KPIT Technologies is hiring Associate Engineers for the 2027 graduating batch. The position is a full‑time entry‑level role focused on automotive software development, with placements expected in Pune or Bangalore.

Responsibilities

Attend an in‑person selection drive that includes aptitude, technical and HR rounds.
Work on embedded‑systems projects using C/C++ and automotive standards.
Complete a two‑year service agreement after joining.
Participate in training and mentorship programmes offered by KPIT.

Eligibility

Graduating in 2027, preferably with a B.E. or B.Tech degree.
Academic record of at least 70% with no backlogs (as per previous cycles).
Interest in automotive software domains such as AUTOSAR, ADAS, and connected vehicles.

Skills

Strong command of C and C++ programming.
Understanding of digital electronics and embedded system fundamentals.
Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for model‑based design.
Basic knowledge of automotive concepts like AUTOSAR, CAN bus and ADAS is advantageous.
