Graduate Engineer Trainee, Order Management

About the role

Konecranes is hiring for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee, Order Management. The role focuses on order management, production planning, material requirement planning, capacity planning, ERP systems, inventory management, and coordination with multiple manufacturing functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage production plans and schedules according to customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks.
• Implement corrective actions to achieve production targets.
• Perform material and capacity planning using ERP/MRP systems.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have a B.E/B.Tech qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience, and freshers are eligible to apply.

• Awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements.
• Compliance management.
• Communication skills.
• Mandatory Systems Knowledge and Tools Usability: ERP systems and its working, ISO.
