AI Delivery Intern - Voicebot & Conversational AI

About the role

Kapture CX is hiring for the position of AI Delivery Intern – Voicebot & Conversational AI in Bangalore. The role provides hands-on exposure to the complete conversational AI pipeline, including prompt engineering, conversation design, Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), Text-to-Speech (TTS), APIs, debugging, QA, and AI evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and iterate prompts for LLM-powered voicebots and chatbots.
• Design conversation flows for real-world enterprise use cases.
• Configure and tune speech pipelines involving STT, LLM, and TTS.
• Evaluate speech recognition and speech synthesis performance.
• Analyze accuracy, latency, and naturalness of voicebot interactions.

Eligibility

• 0-1 years of experience.
• Engineering or technical background.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar).
• Basic understanding of speech technologies (STT and TTS).
