Product Analyst - HR Management Information

About the role

JPMorgan Chase is looking for a Product Analyst to support its HR Management Information function. You will work with the Incentive Compensation product team, gathering requirements, analysing data, and helping shape the platform as the business evolves. The role offers hands‑on exposure to product management and analytics in a leading global financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and product metrics defined by leadership.
• Support the product team by analysing customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assist in research and data collection activities.

Eligibility

• Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain or project management.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organisational goals.
• Emerging knowledge of the product development life‑cycle.
• Understanding of basic analytics tools.
• Strong familiarity with JIRA.
