About the role

We are seeking a Lead Front End Engineer specialized in React to join our CTO organization in Bangalore. You will drive the development of secure, cloud‑native web applications, champion AI‑assisted engineering practices, and mentor a team of developers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement front‑end solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
Ensure applications meet security standards and are optimized for cloud environments.
Define and propagate AI‑assisted development guidelines across the team.
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of front‑end engineers to meet project milestones.
