Lead Software Engineer - Front End/React

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Front End Engineer specialized in React to join our CTO organization in Bangalore. You will drive the development of secure, cloud‑native web applications, champion AI‑assisted engineering practices, and mentor a team of developers to deliver high‑quality user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement front‑end solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
• Ensure applications meet security standards and are optimized for cloud environments.
• Define and propagate AI‑assisted development guidelines across the team.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of front‑end engineers to meet project milestones.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven leadership experience at a lead or senior level.
• Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
