About the role

The Associate – Analytics Data Engineer position is a mid‑level, full‑time role based in JPMorgan Chase’s Embassy Tech Village office in Bangalore. The job focuses on building and maintaining data models, a semantic layer and reliable pipelines using SQL, Python, Snowflake and Databricks.

Responsibilities

Design and develop dimensional and domain‑oriented data models for reporting and self‑service analytics.
Create and manage a semantic layer that standardises metrics, dimensions and business definitions.
Write data transformation logic in SQL and use Python for automation and validation tasks.
Implement testing, reconciliation and anomaly‑detection checks on critical business metrics.
Optimise model performance and cost in Snowflake and/or Databricks environments.
Maintain documentation, naming conventions, lineage and change‑management standards while supporting user adoption.

Eligibility
