IT Tech Analyst I

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an IT Tech Analyst I to assist in delivering and supporting standardized as well as complex IT services and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, integration, development, testing, and deployment of IT services, applications, and processes.
• Provide first-level technical support for IT services, including issue intake, initial triage, and proper escalation.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to investigate, resolve, and track IT service tickets through to completion.
• Support multiple standardized IT services and complex solutions across regional functional areas and locations.
• Maintain up-to-date service documentation, support materials, operational runbooks, and process guides.

Eligibility

• University Degree (Bachelor’s) with 1 year of relevant IT experience, OR
• A 2-year degree/diploma with 6 years of relevant IT experience, OR
• An equivalent combination of educational background and practical work experience.

Skills

• Hands-on experience supporting, testing, deploying, or troubleshooting enterprise IT services or processes.
• Proven ability to deliver first-level support, assess technical issues, and partner with core engineering teams on resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with meticulous attention to detail and task follow-through.
