About the role

JLL is looking for a Data and Insights Product Owner to lead the implementation of a Customer Data Platform in Gurgaon. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, shaping data architecture, analytics setup and product delivery for a unified marketing data record.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical specifications for CDP implementation.
Coordinate data integration across multiple marketing systems and vendors.
Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle from inception through rollout.
Serve as the subject‑matter expert on CDP platforms and related analytics tools.
Facilitate stakeholder communication across multiple markets.

Eligibility

Ability to work on‑site in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Strong listening skills and ability to bridge business and technical teams.

Skills

Experience with a Customer Data Platform such as Adobe CDP, Tealium or Treasure Data.
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
Knowledge of Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
Understanding of data flow, architecture and web analytics reporting.
Stakeholder management across multiple markets.
