About the role
Jade Global is looking for a seasoned Coupa Consultant to lead and support the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration and optimisation of the Coupa Business Spend Management suite. The position works closely with finance, procurement and IT teams in Pune and Hyderabad to enhance spend visibility, compliance and integration with NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Drive Coupa implementations, upgrades and enhancements across modules such as P2P, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and Supplier Management.
- Gather business requirements, design functional solutions and configure approval workflows, charts of accounts, catalogs and budgets.
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), support go‑live activities and troubleshoot production issues.
- Manage user roles, access controls and compliance settings.
- Create documentation, deliver user training and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Maintain and support integration between Coupa and NetSuite ERP.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience with Coupa, preferably with SAP or NetSuite integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Prior consulting or client‑facing experience is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns as required.
