About the role

ISHIR is looking for a Prompt Engineer / LLM Application Developer to create application‑layer features that sit on top of large language models. The role involves designing prompts, managing context, and integrating these capabilities into product workflows, working closely with AI‑native tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Design, test, and refine prompts and context strategies for production‑grade features.
  • Develop end‑to‑end LLM‑powered functionalities, covering both frontend and API layers.
  • Build reusable prompt libraries and evaluation suites for regression testing.
  • Utilise AI‑centric development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code as the primary workflow.
  • Document prompt versions and history to ensure reproducibility and client transparency.

Eligibility

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience delivering LLM‑based applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with LLM APIs like Anthropic and OpenAI.

Skills

  • Strong applied experience with LLM APIs and prompt/context engineering.
  • Full‑stack development expertise in React/TypeScript and Node or Python.
  • Daily use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor and Claude Code.
  • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for LLM output quality.
