UI React Senior Engineer

About the role

This is a senior IC position where you'll work on both the React frontend and the GraphQL BFF (Backend for Frontend) layer that sits between the UI and downstream APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build accessible, responsive web UIs with React, TypeScript, and Styled Components
• Own the GraphQL BFF layer — write schemas, resolvers, and REST data sources that aggregate downstream APIs
• Handle complex client-side state with Redux Toolkit and redux-saga; manage data fetching via Apollo Client
• Write comprehensive automated tests — unit, integration, and accessibility (jest-axe)
• Participate in CI/CD and deployment processes

Eligibility

• 7+ years of software development experience, with deep TypeScript and React (hooks, React 18)
• Strong command of GraphQL — both Apollo Client and Apollo Server
• Experience building BFF architectures and integrating REST APIs
• Proficiency with Redux Toolkit and redux-saga
• Solid testing practices across unit, integration, and E2E layers
