About the role

ION Group is hiring fresh graduates for its 2027 Leadership Development Program as Software Developers. The full‑time, on‑site role will be based in Noida, Mumbai or Pune and offers the chance to build, test and integrate software for global financial institutions, working within Agile teams on end‑to‑end product development.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Apply software engineering principles, design patterns and architecture best practices.
• Write clean, efficient code and integrate components following security and performance standards.
• Automate repetitive workflows and simplify complex business processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical and business challenges.
• Communicate solutions clearly to internal teams and clients.
• Suggest new tools, technologies or features to improve products.

Eligibility

• Graduates of 2027 (or equivalent) with a technical degree.
