About the role

Intel’s Design Quality and Reliability team is looking for an AI Platform Engineer who will design and deliver an enterprise‑grade AI platform that powers mission‑critical engineering workflows. The role blends deep software engineering expertise with hands‑on experience in agentic AI tools to create secure, scalable services that accelerate data analysis, risk assessment and automation across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build a reusable AI platform for design quality and reliability.
  • Create AI agents and workflow pipelines for data analysis, qualification planning and process automation.
  • Leverage agentic AI coding assistants to speed development while enforcing rigorous review and validation.
  • Integrate platform components with Intel engineering databases, APIs, documentation repositories and workflow tools.
  • Develop production‑grade backend services, APIs, data pipelines, model gateways and orchestration layers.
  • Implement security, access control, observability, auditability and human‑in‑the‑loop safeguards.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in software, AI or platform engineering.
