About the role

Infosys is hiring a Technology Analyst to design and build AI‑driven applications using large language models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines and Agentic AI systems. The role is based in Bangalore and requires 3‑5 years of experience in Python and generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy AI‑powered solutions that integrate LLMs with enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines and prompt‑engineering workflows.
  • Build backend services and APIs in Python to support AI features.
  • Create and maintain vector‑database integrations for efficient similarity search.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks to monitor AI output quality and system performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists and solution architects to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Eligibility

  • 3‑5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with Generative AI, large language models, RAG and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, enterprise integration patterns, and AI evaluation techniques.
  • Educational qualifications: MCA, MSc, MTech, B.E., BCA, BSc or B.Tech.
