About the role

IndiGo Airlines, India’s largest passenger carrier, has announced its Airport Operations Online Drive (PAN India 2.0) for the year 2026. This mega recruitment drive is open to graduates from any stream.

Responsibilities

• Manage passenger check-in counters and facilitate boarding procedures seamlessly.
• Handle flight reservations, ticket sales, and cash collection at the counter accurately.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Assist passengers with special requests and manage reports for mishandled or damaged baggage.

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory for freshers (degrees must be from UGC-approved universities).
• Immaculate grooming standards are essential. No visible tattoos or body art are allowed.
• Must be highly adaptable to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including continuous night shift rosters.
• A valid Indian Passport is mandatory for all applicants.
