Senior Engineer - Frontend

About the role

Inception42 is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the design and development of high‑performance, AI‑driven web applications. You will work on enterprise‑grade platforms using React, Next.js and TypeScript, shaping reusable component libraries and ensuring scalability, accessibility and security.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable frontend solutions, creating reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Define and enforce frontend standards, driving consistency across the product suite.
• Optimize performance, accessibility and security while establishing testing strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, backend teams and product managers to plan, estimate and deliver features.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React.js and Next.js.
• Hands‑on experience with design systems, state management and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor teams.
