About the role

Impact Analytics is seeking a senior frontend engineer to craft high‑performance, AI‑driven enterprise web applications. You will work with React and modern state‑management tools to deliver responsive, scalable interfaces that power retail merchandising decisions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, high‑speed web applications using React.js.
• Create reusable, scalable UI components and frontend libraries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development cycles.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve overall performance.

Eligibility

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience building applications with React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience creating scalable, reusable UI components from scratch.
• Familiarity with state‑management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
• Comfort with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
