Responsibilities

• Coordinate order‑management activities and ensure smooth processing of client requests.

• Handle customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate information.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in any discipline.
• 0‑1 year of experience in the healthcare domain or related BPO environment.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle shift‑based schedules.
• Self‑directed attitude with a drive to achieve targets.
