About the role

HPE Aruba is hiring fresh engineering graduates for a Software Consulting Engineer position. The role involves designing engineering solutions, executing test plans, and collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver reliable, cost‑effective products for networking and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design portions of engineering solutions for products, systems, software, and integrated offerings using established principles.
  • Develop and run test plans to validate mechanical, electrical, software, and overall engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development partners on design and product development activities.
  • Participate in cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, cost‑effective, high‑quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/MCA or equivalent).
  • 0‑2 years of engineering experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with engineering design tools and software packages.
  • Basic understanding of material properties, hardware design, and electrical components.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment and eagerness to learn.
