About the role

HP is offering a 2026 College Intern – Technical position for students currently enrolled in university programmes. The internship runs in Bangalore, Chennai or Gurugram and lets you work on real‑world technology projects while continuing your studies. Responsibilities

• Work on technical tasks that complement your academic learning.
• Apply programming fundamentals, data‑structures and algorithms to solve real problems.

• Explore web and API basics such as HTTP and REST services.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a university programme.
• Accepted qualifications: B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, M.E, M.Tech, M.Sc or MCA.
• Open to freshers and students with 0‑1 years of experience.

Skills

• Basic programming knowledge in at least one language.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts.
• Experience with Git version‑control commands.
• Fundamental SQL and relational database skills.
• Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs and web fundamentals.
