Cybersecurity Architect / Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

Honeywell is looking for fresh graduates to join its cybersecurity team in Pune as a Cybersecurity Architect or Engineer. The role involves protecting Honeywell’s digital assets, implementing security frameworks, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure robust security posture.

Responsibilities

• Apply cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices to safeguard systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and incident response activities.
• Communicate security concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security controls.
• Analyze security incidents and recommend remediation measures.
• Maintain documentation of security policies and procedures.

Eligibility

• 0+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
