About the role
Honeywell Aerospace is offering four full‑time internship positions for the 2027 batch – two software engineering slots (Bengaluru and Hyderabad) and two embedded engineering slots (both in Bengaluru). Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and will work on real‑world aerospace projects.
Responsibilities
- Software interns: apply software engineering fundamentals, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Embedded interns: assist in designing, building, and testing embedded firmware, support engineers, and debug hardware‑software issues.
- Document work, prepare technical reports, and contribute to project discussions.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Software track: major in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Embedded track: major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
Skills
- Basic understanding of software development principles.
- Proficiency in Java, Python or C++ for software roles.
- Knowledge of C or C++ and microcontroller programming for embedded roles.
- Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn advanced concepts.
