About the role

The Product Enablement Specialist II will independently oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of White Label Mobile Apps, handling onboarding, launch, updates and complex technical scenarios while working remotely for HighLevel.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of white‑label apps from onboarding through launch and ongoing updates.
Prepare, submit and maintain apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Investigate and resolve app rejections and submission blockers.
Troubleshoot developer‑account, build, metadata and configuration issues.
Guide agency owners on Apple Developer and Google Play Console requirements.
Coordinate escalations with Product and Engineering and document new rejection scenarios.

Eligibility

2–4 years of experience in SaaS technical support, product operations or similar roles.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple apps and handle complex customer escalations independently.

Skills

Working knowledge of Apple Developer, App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
Experience with mobile app submission processes and rejection handling.
Understanding of bundle IDs, app IDs, certificates, provisioning and push‑notification services (APNs/Firebase).
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, reporting).
Familiarity with APIs, JSON configuration files and browser developer tools.
Preferred: iOS and Android app submission expertise, experience with HighLevel or similar SaaS platforms, and use of AI productivity tools.
