About the role

As a Campus‑Beginner at HCLTech in Bangalore, you will assist the team with project, research and documentation activities, gather and analyse data, prepare reports and presentations, and complete training modules to develop relevant skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in various project tasks such as data collection, analysis and documentation as directed by supervisors.
• Conduct research on assigned topics, compile relevant information and present findings clearly to support team projects.
• Create, organise and update documentation, reports and presentations needed for team activities.
• Complete assigned training modules and actively participate in workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while following project guidelines and seeking clarification when needed.
• Review completed work for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members, attend meetings, contribute ideas and maintain clear communication.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Zero to two years of professional experience (freshers welcome).
