Campus-Beginner (Graduate Trainee)

About the role

As a Campus‑Beginner graduate trainee at HCLTech in Madurai, you will assist the team with various project, research and documentation activities while completing assigned training modules. The role is designed for fresh graduates to develop analytical, documentation and presentation skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the team by collecting, analysing and documenting data as directed by supervisors.
• Research assigned topics, compile relevant information and present clear findings to aid project work.
• Create, organise and update reports, documentation and presentations needed for team initiatives.
• Complete mandatory training modules and actively engage in workshops to enhance relevant competencies.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while following project guidelines and seeking clarification when required.
• Review completed work for accuracy and adhere to the team’s quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members, attend meetings, contribute ideas and maintain effective communication.

Eligibility

• Graduation batch year 2025 or 2026.
• No prior work experience required (freshers).
