GlobalLogic is hiring fresh engineering graduates for a Senior Member Compute Engine position in Nagpur. The role focuses on technical support for cloud and networking services, requiring 0‑1 years of experience and a B.Tech in Computer Science or IT. Candidates will work onsite in rotational 24/7 shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve cloud and networking issues.
Track and manage support tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
Use cloud tools for debugging, root‑cause analysis, and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams for escalations.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Eligibility

B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
0‑1 years of relevant experience.
Basic understanding of networking concepts and Linux.

Skills
