About the role

Glean is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support its EMEA customers from Bangalore. The role blends technical pre‑sales expertise with hands‑on demos, pilots and trainings, helping enterprises adopt Glean’s Work AI platform across tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira and Slack.

Responsibilities

Deliver interactive product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Explain Glean’s architecture and integration points to technical audiences.
Design and run pilot or Proof‑of‑Value projects that validate business outcomes.
Train customers and partners on product usage and best practices.
Represent Glean at events like Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to raise issues and gather feature feedback.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4 years of enterprise software pre‑sales experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in‑person.

Skills

Hands‑on experience with cloud IaaS platforms – GCP, AWS, Azure.
Knowledge of identity and SSO solutions – Azure/Entra ID, Okta, SAML, SCIM, OIDC.
Proficiency with APIs and troubleshooting API integrations.
Understanding of security tools and concepts – firewalls, VPN, SSL/TLS, DLP, WAF, proxies.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business‑focused language.
