About the role

Genpact is looking for a fresh graduate to join its AI‑driven development team in Mumbai. You will build, test and maintain modern web‑based applications, collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business partners and translate them into technical designs.
• Write clean, maintainable and scalable code using appropriate programming and scripting languages.
• Perform unit testing, deployment and continuous integration of applications.
• Debug and optimise existing code to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.
• Oracle Certified Professional – Oracle (preferred).
• Proficiency in English (C2 level).
• Open to candidates graduating in 2025 or 2026.
