Developer - Enterprise Application

About the role

Genpact is seeking a fresh graduate to join its Enterprise Application team in Gurgaon. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that align with business needs, while collaborating with cross‑functional groups and applying modern development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high‑quality application code that fulfills functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to create scalable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
• Adopt version‑control standards and software‑development best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users on application features.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related discipline (Master’s in Software Engineering is a plus).
• Relevant certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer 1, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Open to fresh graduates (0‑1 year experience).
