About the role

Genpact is seeking a Developer to design, configure, and support Amazon Connect‑based contact‑center solutions enriched with generative and agentic AI. The position works remotely, collaborating with senior engineers and customers to deliver AI‑enabled experiences for voice and chat channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and tune Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR, queues and routing logic.
  • Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, S3 and CloudWatch.
  • Incorporate Generative AI and Agentic AI features via Amazon Bedrock and related services.
  • Provide L1/L2 production support, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document configurations, root‑cause analyses and deployment steps.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and client teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.

Eligibility

  • 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably with AWS, contact‑center or application development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.

Skills

  • Hands‑on experience with Amazon Connect and core AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM).
  • Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON and system integration concepts.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
