About the role

Genpact is hiring freshers for the Business Analyst – 4A position in Bangalore. The role focuses on bridging business requirements with technology solutions, conducting technology assessments, preparing business cases, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Candidates with commerce, finance, or business analytics backgrounds will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technological assessments and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Develop business cases for technology investments.
• Analyze market trends and industry best practices.
• Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support implementation and integration of technology solutions.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Eligibility

• Freshers with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Business Analytics (B.Com, BA, B.Fin, MBA).
• Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in Agile methodology, design thinking and business reporting.
