About the role

The Digital Leadership Development Program Associate is an entry‑level position designed for recent graduates in IT or Computer Science. Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad, the role offers a structured two‑year rotation across system implementation, technical design, and operational excellence, providing hands‑on exposure to software development, infrastructure and security while building business acumen.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web, client‑server and mobile applications using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Manage and optimise system performance and infrastructure components.
Re‑engineer business processes to improve efficiency and support digital transformation.
Design, implement and oversee security controls and compliance measures.
Participate in system implementation projects and technical architecture reviews.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end technology solutions.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline.
0–2 years of professional experience or relevant internships/co‑op projects.
Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of business and finance concepts.

Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python or C++.
Experience with web and mobile development frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development processes.
Understanding of system design, infrastructure management and security principles.
Ability to analyse and optimise business processes.
Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
