About the role
The Insights and Product Analytics team at Gartner is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to support client‑retention initiatives. Based in Gurgaon, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with data scientists, engineers and business leaders to turn large data sets into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Structure problems, conduct analysis and deliver strategic recommendations across content, interaction and event data.
- Partner with data‑science and engineering teams to build scalable analytics solutions that improve client retention.
- Analyze high‑volume datasets to extract business insights and support budgeting, staffing and performance reporting.
- Automate routine reporting tasks and create ad‑hoc analytical deliverables.
- Engage with senior leaders to understand pain points and design data‑driven solutions.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a quantitative focus such as statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, operations research, computer science or economics.
