About the role

Franklin Templeton is hiring Associate Software Engineers in Hyderabad to support legal and compliance applications. The role blends application administration, technical troubleshooting, and business‑process analysis while encouraging an AI‑first mindset using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex and Copilot. Freshers and experienced candidates with a relevant bachelor’s degree are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support legal and compliance applications, including configuration, testing, and maintenance.
• Manage application data, integrations, batch processing, and user access administration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and assist with release management.
• Analyze legal and compliance business processes, document requirements, and translate them into application enhancements.
• Support workflow optimization, automation, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BBA or equivalent.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
• AI‑first mentality with hands‑on experience using ChatGPT, Codex, Claude or Copilot.

Skills

• Foundational programming knowledge (Python).
• SQL and relational database concepts.
• API concepts and usage.
• Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Copilot).
