Junior Engineer - Quality

About the role

Flex is hiring a Junior Engineer – Quality in Pune for B.E/B.Tech freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out supplier validation audits and support supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP)
• Lead the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing capabilities and HSE risks
• Support new product launches to ensure supplier quality meets required standards
• Follow up with suppliers for root cause analysis and corrective actions of quality issues
• Review supplier processes and collaborate on improvement and value enhancement

Eligibility

• B.E/B.Tech in E&TC, EEE, or Mechanical Engineering
• 0 to 1 years of experience with strong knowledge of Quality
• Technical Skills: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Lean Manufacturing knowledge
