Analyst - Master Data Management

About the role

The Analyst – Master Data Management will support Flex's product and supply‑chain teams by creating and maintaining vendor master records, handling supplier interactions, and providing timely pricing and commercial analysis. The role involves reporting, stakeholder communication, and ensuring accurate vendor data across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal buyer groups to resolve pricing and commercial terms.
• Prepare and deliver reports, analyses, and information promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and internal customers.
• Update and set up new vendor master records in ERP systems.
• Inform stakeholders of any modifications to original requests.
• Obtain price and non‑pricing details from approved suppliers.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/P2P systems such as BAAN, SAP or Oracle.
• Strong command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in all shifts.
