About the role

Figma is looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Weave team. You will design, build, and scale collaborative features using React, TypeScript, Ruby, and Go, helping shape the future of design collaboration for teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for the Weave product.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Write clean, performant code in React, TypeScript, Ruby and Go.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of shipped features.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to technical decisions and improve development processes.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant degree such as B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc or equivalent.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively across global teams.
