About the role

FamPay is looking for a People Operations Intern to help streamline HR workflows, support employee onboarding and off‑boarding, and enhance the overall employee experience. The role is based in Bangalore and offers hands‑on exposure to HR processes in a fast‑growing fintech startup.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding paperwork, access provisioning, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HR records, attendance logs, and operational trackers using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Respond to employee queries about policies, leave balances, and documentation.
  • Help plan and execute team celebrations, cultural events, and in‑person engagement activities.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional follow‑ups to ensure operational tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify repetitive tasks and propose simple AI‑driven automations or integrations.
  • Draft and update SOPs and other internal process documentation.

Eligibility

  • Current students or recent graduates from the 2026‑2027 batch.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel (or Google Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to follow up proactively and own tasks end‑to‑end.
