About the role

Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Software Intern in Pune to help turn supply‑chain and manufacturing data into actionable insights. The internship focuses on building data pipelines, creating Power BI dashboards, and supporting analytics models that improve forecasting, inventory visibility and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Databricks and PySpark.
  • Design Power BI reports and dashboards that visualise key performance indicators.
  • Validate analytical outputs against business rules and historical data.
  • Collaborate with supply‑chain, operations and digital teams to identify data‑driven improvement opportunities.
  • Explore advanced analytics, automation and emerging technologies as part of continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI or a related discipline.
  • Strong foundation in Python, SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
