About the role

Ericsson is seeking a Software Developer – Automation and AI to design intelligent, automated software applications during the core build phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

Developing, configuring, and updating core platform software modules with an explicit focus on intelligent automation layers.
Designing, building, and deploying custom automated framework environments and automation scripts for system orchestration and deployment structures.
Contributing to early-stage AI/ML component implementation and coordinating smooth analytical model ingestion within runtime operations.
Executing unit, component, and integrated system-level tests with a heavy focus on configuring structured test automation scripts.
Implementing security reliability controls throughout deployment codebases following strict corporate engineering standards.

Eligibility

Must possess a regular full-time B.E / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or relevant quantitative fields.
Solid proficiency in Python programming optimized for infrastructure automation, process execution, and algorithmic scripting.
Functional familiarity with DevOps automation tools and pipeline components including Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Sonar, Helm, and artifact registries.
