About the role

Empower is looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer who will design, build and maintain secure, scalable web applications and backend services. Working in a hybrid setting from Bangalore, you will collaborate with architects, designers, QA and product teams to deliver modern, accessible solutions that align with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive front‑ends using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as Vue or React.
Create backend services with Java and Spring Boot, exposing RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
Ensure applications meet performance, security and accessibility (WCAG) requirements.
Participate in code reviews, define reusable components and uphold coding standards.
Support CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers and AWS‑based deployments, including EKS.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to shared platform initiatives.

Eligibility
